Winter breaks at NRG Sanctuary

In winter, our woodland takes on a magical feel. Hire our cosy cabin in the woods for a memorable break.

  • Crisp pristine snows welcome you to snowshoe or ski along our 10kms of private trails.
  • Bring your snowmobile to access the OFSC trails right across the street.
  • Swim in our indoor swim spa with picture window over the snow-sprinkled landscape.
  • Cozy up by the fireplace in our tiny cabin in the woods.
  • Visit local towns decorated for Christmas, and shop for unusual gifts and presents too.
  • Try your hand at ice fishing on Lake Huron.

We are here to help! We offer weekly and monthly tailor-made lymphedema (lymphoedema) treatment packages to help to relieve symptoms and put in place proactive techniques moving forward.

Lymph drainage therapy is also very beneficial for reducing swelling. Regular sessions can help reduce the time it takes to recover and rehabilitate from accidents or surgeries such as knee, hip and shoulder replacements. Lymph drainage also reduces swelling enough to facilitate physiotherapy at an earlier stage of recovery, to help you heal faster.
